The resort is located on US 192. giving it easy access to major highways, such as Hwy. 429, Osceola Pkwy. and US 27. Guests have a short driving distance to the attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options. In addition to the amenities of this resort-style community, the two-story townhome features seamless accommodation for up to 10 guests within its 4 bedrooms. Gorgeously decorated open-plan with living-dining room and a full- equipped kitchen that highlights the main floor. The accommodation consists of the master bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom in the main level, and three other bedrooms in the upper level. One with a KingSize bed, another with two FullSize beds and the other with two TwinSize beds. In the hallway there is the second full-bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub. There is a washer/dryer area in this second floor. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
