The home opens up with a modernly furnished entrance, leading guests towards the main living areas arranged in an open-plan. The living room is a contemporary and comfortable area for guests to gather and relax. It is overviewed by the beautiful modern and full-equipped kitchen with island bar that seats four. The elegant dining room has an inviting atmosphere that seats up to 8 guests. Additionally, the ground floor features the first bedroom, that is modernly decorated with gold accents and furnished with a King size bed, and a shared full-bathroom along the hall with a shower glass box. Towards the back of the property is the private screened patio with pool and plenty of sitting/lounging space. The second floor features the grand master suite, with a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub and double sinks. Along the hallway there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, a shared full bathroom with double sinks, and the other two bedrooms. The first is fit for wizards and furnished with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed plus a FullSize bed, and the other bedroom has the same bed set-up but with an iconic kid's cartoon theme. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
