Guests will be wowed as they enter the property, they will be greeted by its charm and open feel. The traditional dining room seats 12 and the living room offers plenty of comfortable couch space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it features a breakfast bar that seats 4. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with Washer/Dryer. This area makes for a homey space, decorated in warm earth tones. In the back, there is a large, screened patio with private pool and spa, there's lots of seating space for dining al fresco with BBQ and a grand open view. The garage was converted into a Gameroom with Arcade, Air Hockey Table, and Smart TV! If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
